I can drink milk, eat cheese, etc., but oddly enough, I can’t eat the FROZEN dairy, like ice cream and milkshakes. You can always add in more fruits and spices to try to keep things balanced. I’ve had 3 weeks off work and was at my witts end trying to find solutions. I will do some more testing. According to the USDA, which regulates eggs, the “use by” date can be as long as 45 days after the egg was packed (and they don’t seem to define how long the egg can hang around the farm before being packed, either!
